goModdi provides an economical and resource efficient solution to many of the existing problems that we are facing today. Comprised of fully prefabricated and transportable modules that are delivered to site, the modules are then connected to form the dwelling to the designed configuration determined by you - the customer.
Customers choose the fit-out module type, interior design theme, glazing and access positions as well as multiple cladding options and the overall configuration. The roof system can be orientated to suit the specifics of a site, independent of the orientation of the base modules.

goModdi brings together the benefits of various building procurement methods. The quality of offsite factory-built construction with its inherent oversight and quality control practices. Combining this prefabrication with transportability, the difficulties of resourcing remote build sites, managing onsite trades, construction and project time blowouts are all overcome.
goModdi’s modular system enables the customer to design a configuration that suits their requirements, and add or remove accommodation modules overtime, to replace and repair, extend or downsize or even relocate the entire setup to on sell.
