goModdi will organise and manage the transport and delivery of your modules.
Transportation costs will be included in the final price. This cost is site specific and subject to the number of modules being transported. We would be happy to provide an estimate of cost based on your enquiry.

goModdi will organise and manage the installation and commissioning of your modules.
Some sites will have services already provided. goModdi can manage the onsite services to make the necessary connections or if services are not provided, organise for services to be made available on site.
Each module has extendable legs and can accommodate varied site levels and ground conditions. goModdi will assess the proposed site and provide a solution for level installation. -
The modules are designed to be fully compliant with the Australian Building Code (NCC).
goModdi offers a 6 year warranty.

goModdi can take care of and manage the whole process on behalf of the customer from the time the order is placed to delivery and aftercare.

goModdi modules are completely reusable on any location, reducing the environmental impact. The modules can also be reused with other goModdi system modules.
The roof is designed to accommodate the load of a solar hot water tank for vaccuated tube solar hot water technology.

Some sites in Tasmania will require Development Approval (planning permission). The Modules are sized to minimise the requirement for planning in residential planning zones. goModdi can take care of and manage the whole process on behalf of the customer.

The minimum number of configurable units is one single module. For an approved dwelling, a configuration including the kitchen/laundry module and the bedroom ensuite module is the minimum requirement under the Australian Building Regulations (NCC Vol II). There is no maximum number of modules that can be configured.
The modules can be stacked, though an external stair would be required for access. goModdi would be happy to work through a design solution if you are looking to stack modules.

PhotoVoltaic systems can be fitted to goModdi modules. The modules are design so that the roof slope can be orientated to suit the site specific requirements independent of the base module orientation.
Factory prefabrication means higher quality control procedures and best practice construction and monitoring. This leads to improvements in construction like reduced gaps and improved draft proofing, water seals and condensation control.
There are standard cladding options, though goModdi can be clad with any sheet material with less than overall 26mm thickness and continue to work with other goModdi modules regardless of the fitted cladding. -
Some of the building procurement is specific to individual customer needs and is site specific. Each situation is unique. Unfortunately that means we are unable to provide the cost for these additional services at this stage without knowing the specific details. goModdi will assess the costs of these unique services once we have received the detailed customer enquiry.
