Type 00 | Deck

The deck module is a natural oil sealed hardwood and steel framed deck designed to fully integrate with the goModdi modular system, allowing for close coupling and full integration for current and future modules within the goModdi family of modular units. Great for break out spaces, or for providing level open spaces between other seperate module configurations.

Type 01| Base

The base module forms the basis for all the modular parameters. The base module is a fully constructed, lined and sealed, self contained module that fully integrates with the goModdi modules system. The open space within this module is ideal for living spaces, connecting modules or larger bedrooms.

Type 02 | Kitchen/Laundry

The Kitchen module comes with a fully fitted kitchen, which can be configured either right or left handed. This module includes standard appliances, fixtures and fittings. The kitchen module also includes a seperate laundry basin and space for an under-counter front loading washing machine/dryer. Joinery finishes can be selected from one of the three high quality luxe interior themes.

Type 03 | Bedroom/Ensuite

The bedroom ensuite module includes enough space for a king size bed with an adjacent ensuite shower room. With overhead shower, glass shower screen, toilet, mirror, vanity and plumbing fixtures all fitted. The ensuite can be fitted either left or right handed. Select from the finishes for plumbing fixtures types available from the luxe interior themes.

Configure the modules

Choose and design the way your modules come together to form the configuration that best suits your site, needs and lifestyle. Don’t forget modules can be added later!

Select doors and windows

Configure your window and door openings and positions to ensure connection, circulation, light and access is just the way you want it.

Choose cladding finish

Select your cladding material and colour:

Colorbond, cement sheet, plywood or natural timber finish are all possible cladding options.

Available cladding options can be used in combination with other cladding options for interconnected modules. The cladding choice does not impact on the modules available for selection or configuration.**

Configure roof orientation

The goModdi system relies on a rotatable roof section that is orientated to suit your configuration and site conditions, ensuring that no matter how you configure your home the drainage and solar orientation is considered for maximum efficiency.

Adjust for site levels

goModdi system incorporates adjustable leg heights. The configured modules can be adjusted to suit sloping sites, or sites with varying ground levels if needed.

Choose your interior design theme from our range of three luxe interior options:

Combine your interior design theme choice with plumbing fixture and fittings from one of the two finishes available:

Place your order and goModdi will deliver your transportable modules, fully prefabricated. goModdi will connect and commission your modules to on site utilities.***

* Additional module types are currently being designed. If you have a specific need that you would like to see within a module please contact us and we can discuss how best to achieve your desired type.

** Some cladding material types have different resilience to environmental conditions such as fire resistance, proximity to braking surf, wind and rain. goModdi will help ensure your configuration is set up in the most efficient way for your specific site and lifestyle needs.

***On site services including power, water supply and below ground wastewater and storm water infrastructure is not part of the goModdi prefabricated modular transportable system, and is to be provided by the owner. However, goModdi can advise, manage and procure development applications, building approvals and site preparation works on behalf of our customers, in advance of module delivery.

Transport and delivery is subject to review of the specific site and access restrictions and is assessed by goModdi on a case by case basis.
