The self contained goModdi modules are transported to site fully fitted-out, avoiding the need to rely on the complexities of managing the extensive number of trades and labour required for a traditional onsite build or difficulties in sourcing materials. Fixtures, fittings, lighting, tiling, painting, electrical and plumbing work are all completed in a factory setting prior to delivery, with the finished modules simply being orientated and connected to onsite infrastructure upon delivery.
